Alongside Chef Kristof Czartoryski, I conceptualized a restaurant named sícómono, proposed for an abandoned location in Vieques, Puerto Rico. It features a Puerto Rican menu with hints of flavors from the Antilles, and a barefoot luxury vibe. This venture not only promised to be a culinary landmark but also a beacon for sustainability and local empowerment.
